CBLS is a membership service and the book represents the base line of service .  For a modest annual membership fee, members receive the four quarterly publications. Also for very modest fees, agents at that member location can submit listings for publication, inclusion into the CBLS On-Line service, and the search capability of this site. In addition members receive the "Wanted Posters" and get a bi-weekly faxed update of new listings.

CBLS does all art work from member submitted tax plats, surveys and drawings.  All artwork and photos are available for retrieval from CBLS On-Line as well.

Listings and any associated graphics or photos are displayed in the book as represented by the pages depicted below.
