CBLS was established in June of 1991 to meet the needs of commercial real estate companies in the greater Atlanta area. Currently there are over 250 member locations being served.  

The Book... CBLS member listings are published quarterly and distributed to members and all local real estate board offices.  CBLS does all the artwork for the graphics displayed.  Photos are supplied by members. 

 

 

CBLS On-Line... CBLS On-Line is a proprietary software service enabling members to search for properties directly from the hard drive of their PC. 

 

Wanted Posters... Members searching for properties for clients may fill out the "Wanted" form and fax it to CBLS.  Forms received before 6 PM are broadcast faxed to all CBLS members. In addition "wants" are collected from the monthly meeting of AGREE , (Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors). All wants are available to members with the CBLS On-Line and are posted on this web site.
